Self-Care Saturday!

In our Covid world, many of us have become more focused on purpose. Some have experience survivor’s guilt and are plagued with the many ‘why’s’. Some have become workaholics, driven by fear, and both mentally and emotionally exhausted.

After a stressful week, I’m giving myself permission to just be. Taking the pressure of performance off, consciously letting go of unrealistic fears, releasing worrisome thoughts one by one as they come to my mind, being aware of each breath and just being fully present in the moment. …just for a while, and it feels really good.

Join me in pausing for a ‘me-break’. Think of all the other people you’re caring for by taking care of yourself.

Self-care is super important. Skip the selfie, and create a genuine ‘me- moment’… just for a while.
